Nic Zawarski and Sons® plans to develop the former Schoens Building and adjacent lot into a vibrant new retail, commercial and residential center in the heart of downtown Allentown. Located close to Allentown Arts District, the property lends itself to the artistic landscape of the Arts Walk and the artistic community that surrounds it. As a natural physical and emotional extension to the Arts Walk, it is our intention to create an architecturally unique building in the center of Allentown, and a new building that will be enjoyed by the community.
