The Lehigh Valley is made more festive each year thanks to the Unagst family in Bath, PA.
The family has held the 112-acre farm, located on Route 512 just south of Bath, since the 1850s. Roger Unangst and his family are currently working the soil. Roger is the sixth-generation of Unangst farmers and his son Kody hopes to be the seventh-generation to farm the land.
About 500 trees were planted in 1984, when the Unangst family first began growing them. In 2020, Unangst planted 12,000 trees in the spring. In 1999, the farm experience was expanded to include the Fall Season which includes a 6 acre and one acre corn maze, a couple pumpkin patches, hayrides, petting zoo, corn building, farm market and concession stand.
Whether you just started visiting the farm for the fall festivities, or have been getting your Christmas tree from them for years, they always make you feel like home.
